Legs are looking very muscular, congrats on the impressive gains. The fats always the downside but it comes with the way we eat. Nice work man.

Yo !
I feel I've started losing too much muscle, so I'm drowning everything in olive for the calories. I don't want to increase carbs yet because I want more cuts still.
I will say that I took your advice and I'm completely changing my workout around to shock my body. I'll let you know the results. I do love being sore.
But I agree with you to some degree, up your simple carbs a tad and see if mass comes in. Your pre and post workout shakes are carb-rich, right ?

Hi! I had the same problem recently.. Was stuck to 157 pounds for about 2 months with 3500 cal/day. My body didn't want to go for more. I started my new 5000 cal, 200g protein/day about a week and a half ago and I'm up to 161 now. Tip: Eat your regular 3-4 meals a day + try a mass gainer 2x/day, you should see a difference. Good luck!

I have always heard its not possible to gain size and stay lean at same time. I have tound that true myself. I think it goes against the principal of the need to increase your intake so much that there is no possible way to keep the abs too. I know a few genetic freaks, mainly black or asian dudes, that seem to do it...but, as we know, they are geneitically in their own private heaven when It comes to building a great body.

When trying to add weight back psychologically it may be hard to add some of the foods u need in order to gain weight like carbs, dairy, and fats.Your body and mind just needs to be reconditioned to eat more.Much success with your goals.
