Feeling like the bulk is really finished now - eased a bit on the food to stabilised before starting the real cut period. Peaked at 83.3kg, after adding 18lb (8.5kg)… of mass - lean&fat at the same time.
I’m now a bit lost i the process - have no clue how much i’m supposed to be willing to loose - wouldn’t like to loose too much of the musclemass i gained - and i gained some -, but want to get rid of the extra fat and see shredded abs by mid-May. Don’t know what goals i’m supposed to put - if someone has an idea how i should set this… just help me out!
It’s nice to be able to follow a goal on my page, but i need to be sure the goal is the right one. The weight gain goal was evident… add 6-7kg… loosing is not as evident - how much should i keep, how much should i loose ??? If i am to come back to the weight before bulk, i suppose the bulk/cut cycle is of no use - don’t want to be back tot he starting point… Now i lost my training buddy, i’m really feeling lost in the process.
Within a short while, diet & training program will change… i’m ready and looking forward to looking ripped, more than i ever did!
