Feeling like a pig!!!

Bulk was going fine up to now, but i’ve been sick again this week end, and am feeling like a pig… constantly thinking of what i have to eat, when i have to eat, how i will manage to eat…  can’t even think about food…  Getting bloated, feeling thick & fat, and my stomach is constantly aching as if it was over-full and ready to explode.  Makes all eating really unpleasant…

The gastroenteritis is around, with all the fine consequences… so will probably loose a bit of weight - but the progress pics i tried to make yesterday were awfull…  have to look further for motivation to continue bulking!

The only positive thing is i see a real difference in my legs, and a bit in my chest & shoulders…  let’s hope that will give the results i hope for after i cut!

YESSSSS - 80kg!

December 24, 2008

Finally got over 80kg today.  So over 5kg gains since the beginning.

I’m getting support from many people, and great advice and programs from my friend Beshara !  Seems i had a jump in weight after starting to follow his diet tips and workout sessions - check him on saredhabibi… - this gives so much motivation to keep the efforts!

Now will be time for some days off - gym closure oblige - for christmas celebrations… back at it afterwards, and hope to get those 2-3 extra kg i aimed for until February.

When i’ll be ready, i’ll post more progress pics - unless i look like a bibendum, and then i’ll have to wait for the cut to post more! - In January, i’ll get a new program from Beshara and start next phase!

Hey!

Glad of the progress this week - All that eating finally got me above the 79kg line, which is the heaviest i’ve ever been.

Trying to do this as clean as possible to avoid making bodyfat - so far, the abs are still visible… no change in my belt… so OK.  Main change is in the legs - trousers getting a bit tighter! - probably linked to the heavy workouts in that area!

Progress on the rest of the body is to my eyes hardly visible - don’t see to have one specific bodypart taking the lead… 

Well - Let’s say i’m half way in the bulk… Still 10 weeks to go for the other half!

Back on track !

Getting nicely back on track after a little slow down last week.

Managed to start eating right again, had some heavy workouts…  Result is there, the weight progression is slow, but regular.  And the abs are still there, though a little bit softer.

Started changing the workout program and the diet schedule thanks to some good advice i received - hope this will help break the plateaus which are coming up…

Problem will be the machines & weights at the gym…:) - DB stop at 44kg, some machines are lacking, so I need to be creative in my workouts to follow the program i want to make.  Good thing is the training partner who is gaining faster than me and forces me to lift harder to follow!

Was too easy…

Of course, after a while, bulking seemed too easy… ;) Eating - eating - eating - eating… got fed up!!!

But this week end, i’ve been sick, just couldn’t swallow anything yesterday, and threw up all i tried to force myself to eat - hope this doesn’t mean loosing too much benefit from the few first weeks !  Trying to recover now!

4 weeks

4 weeks into bulk now… get the impression i’m stuffing myself with food.

Up +/- 2kg now - more or less online with my expectations.  Great pumps in the gym - weights are up until now, although i’m starting to feel the need of a day off sometimes - heavy sessions everytime!

Feel and look more round, but the abs are still there!  Some t-shirts and trousers are starting to feel a bit more tight!

Supposed to increase caloric intake next week, but still haven’t found out howhard to combine with social life, meetings at work…  will be the next challenge!

The first steps of the bulk…

Well, I’m now 2 weeks in my bulk.

Weighed myself for the first time after 2 weeks, and seems I’m up 1.1kg… can this be ? Isn’t it a normal fluctuation ? will this go on ? 

Starting to hate eating… Came from 3 meals/d and slowly increased to 6 meals at the start of the bulk.  I’m now trying to keep this and increase the 3 "extra" meals to a good caloric intake.

Had succeeded in getting my abs back before starting, I hope they won’t be too far hidden at the end, so I can get them back again when I start to cut.

Feel full all the time - only positive effect is the pump at the gym… just seems all weights are back up to higher levels… Good for self confidence!

I’ll see how it evolves…
