After 5 week of dedication to the 12-week transformation program!

It’s been 5-weeks now I can not believe it! During these weeks I have made some considerable changes in my lifestyle. The gym has become my optimum friend and partner with which I developed a love and hate relationship. I am seeing my body changing bit by bit. I am seeing more definition in my muscles. I am seeing myself growing stronger and stronger. I can not be more proud of myself as I am now. I have also changed my diet. Though I have my weak moments, I have tried to stick to my diet most of the times. I have increased the amount of proteins I take so that it makes about 30-30% of my daily nutrition. I have found some great meal replacements products that keep me satisfied and not craving. I have established an eating schedule for myself after reviewing and taking tips from all the wonderful articles I read from bodybuilding.com. I feel like my body responds positively to the eating and is getting used to it daily more and more. I am proud of myself and of my progress. I will continue with the hard training and as from next week, I will strictly follow my diet.
