Hey is there anyone out there who can give me recipes, and food list for clean eating. I have a small amount now and i need help for the long run. Thank You!!!

yea just try eatting ish and tuna more and sweat peas i promise u by 4 weeks u can tell tha difference but u must split ur meals up and eat certain amount of food each time that are lil meals to get u through till ur nxt meal u do that and drink water no pops or sugary drinks u will be good to go along with this do cardio 3 times a day for fast pound dropping
It all depends on your taste and what you will like. Whats hard is getting the meals in and keeping them small around the size of your hand. Clean eating foods will consist of the following:
6oz chicken -grilled or baked seasoned in white vinegar
Fish- herring Red Snapper white tuna which you can apply steak sause on them just watch the sugar grams in the steak sause.
Hot or mild peppers and brown rice mixed with steak placed in an 8-oz bowl with tomatos and green peppers.
salads with vinagar oil or light italian seasoning this can be used on baked chicken as well. There are some more if you need them hit me up some time i will help all i can getting the right amount of meals and the size of the meals is what i am working on. If you eat 6-8 small meals every two to three hours that will increase your metabolism and along with the work outs you should start shedding weight.
I was about to send out a blog entry to follow up on my previous statement check out my blog on april 25th titled the meal game that should help you out with some clean foods as well. If you need anything else let me know thats what the body space if for or suppose to be to help others.
