I have tried all of the above, and they are all pretty much the same. If you need a rush, there is nothing like caffeine, and it cost 5 bucks for enough tabs to last you 6 months. And even though caffeine will get you going, I would use it sparingly, only when you need a boost.

If you want to see which of the products has the most caffeine just go to the store side of this website and look at the individual products and their ingredients. They are all listed.
My question though is why are you looking for caffeine?
If it is energy for the workouts nothing beats caffeine itself and rather than use pills I use a straight shot of espresso in my before workout shake and find I am locked & loaded for the entire workout.
Just don’t fall into the habit of relying on it for each and every workout.

I would check with your DOCTOR to be absolutely sure. However, I had to determine what my true goal was. Did I want to loss weight or get SCARY big!!! So, I opted for weight loss.
I have read BodyForLIfe back to back. It is a good starting point before we both dethrone Mr. Olympia!! This is what I take:
Lipo6x (great fat burner)
Animal Pak (great vitamin)
I would start there for about 4 weeks then add possibly HMB in tablets. See how your body reacts to the above before doing too much. Hopefully this helps. EAT CLEAN, LIFT HARD!!!
