Well it was weigh-in day again. Did not feel to good about this one, thought for sure I did not lose any weight. When I got on the scale got a very pleasent surprise, it was 242. Could not believe it lost anouther 3.5 lbs. Thats 9 lbs in 3 weeks. I feel great. Been getting comments from people that I’ve lost weight and about my body shape it feels great.

It was weigh in day again. Down to 245.5. Cut 2.5 lbs. Staying on track with my goal. Some great work outs last week and anouther great one today. Triceps still feel pumped and tight (love that feeling).

Progress update

March 5, 2007

1st week of my losing weight has gone good. Down to 248, cut 3lbs. Not to bad. The real test starts tomarrow when I stop smoking also. On my last day of creatine upload. I have noticed a increase in some body parts and an increase in the weight I can do on exercise. Not at all bad.

New training plan

March 2, 2007

Started a new lifting schedule on 19 Feb. Broke it down to 5 training days of lifting. Working one area a day. Except doing biceps and triceps a week. Also doing cardio at least three days a week to include Saturday.

 Started taking creatine and glutimine on 26 Feb. Taking 25 g creatine and 10 g glutimine a day.

Started my weight loss goals on 26 Feb. My goal is 2 1/2lbs aweek. Starting weight was 251.

Ok I started lifting in Nov 06 at the wifes prompting. I retired from the Air Force in Feb 05 and started to get lazy. Of course I put on about 35 pounds and out of shape. I started a new job in Mar 06 teaching Combat skills and techniques to Air Force personnel before they deploy to Iraq. So finnally I thought I would let the wife take me into the gym on Saturdays and do a little lifting. After about three Saturdays I decided to start going into the gym before work and do some lifting 3 days a week. I started out light with 3 sets of about 10 exercises each day. In Jan 07 I started using muscle Milk to help muscle building and lat loss. The stuff really started to help.

Now at the beginning of Feb 07 I started hitting the gym 6 days a week. Mon, Wens, & Fri I do 6 se6ts of 13 exercises and on Tues,Thurs & Saturday I do 30 min cardio and then my leg exercises.

 I use Muscle Milk Light now, which I take post work-out.

I’m at a point where I look foward to getting up at 3:45 am and being at the gym by 4:30 am.

Putting togeather a new workout plan to start next week and also going to start using the patch to quit smoking.
