Started the day out with 40 min on the eliptical. Did chest workout after that and then abs. I have stuck to the cabbage diet so far with no cheats. Today is day 3.

New Start

Monday, January 5th, 2009

Well it’s been to long since I kept this up.

New start time. I’m sitting at 240lbs and the plan is lifting 5 days per week with cardio 5 days per week. The wife and I started the Cabbage Soup Diet on the 4th for a week. I know it is not the best thing but we used it some years ago and I lost 25 lbs in two weeks and she lost 12lbs. I started to do it with her. I will try and keep this up daily. My goal for the year is to get down to 185lb.

It was weigh-in day, not to good gained 1.5 lbs. I’m at 241. I went away from my eating to much.

Today was weigh-in day down to 239.5, thats anouther 2.5 down from last week and 11.5 in a month. Feels great.
