Well it’s been to long since I kept this up.
New start time. I’m sitting at 240lbs and the plan is lifting 5 days per week with cardio 5 days per week. The wife and I started the Cabbage Soup Diet on the 4th for a week. I know it is not the best thing but we used it some years ago and I lost 25 lbs in two weeks and she lost 12lbs. I started to do it with her. I will try and keep this up daily. My goal for the year is to get down to 185lb.
