Started a new lifting schedule on 19 Feb. Broke it down to 5 training days of lifting. Working one area a day. Except doing biceps and triceps a week. Also doing cardio at least three days a week to include Saturday.
Started taking creatine and glutimine on 26 Feb. Taking 25 g creatine and 10 g glutimine a day.
Started my weight loss goals on 26 Feb. My goal is 2 1/2lbs aweek. Starting weight was 251.
