Birthday Boy On A High!
Monday, April 14th, 2008For the past 2 weeks i have been off college. This has meant i have been able to eat every 2 hours on the dot without fail. The result of this has been a weight increase of about 5 lbs. Now im just over 14 stone which was my target.
Also i have tweeked my training slighlty. I still train the same bodyparts on the saem days but i have implamented the ‘random’ exercise sheme more. This just means i do the basic compund exercises and mix up the rest, and i think its gonna work because i feel great. Just hope i can keep it up when i get back to college.
Oh yeah and i turned 19 yesterday went out the night before, got drunk, acted stupid and got slapped! All in all a great night, thats done though and now its monday, which means pain for my shoulders and biceps!
