At last my back is on the road to recovery. Just over a year ago i injured my back and it seriously hampered my training. One of the worst things was that it stopped me doing barbell rows and deadlifts when training back that resulted in my back loosing the thick look. I actually thought i wouldnt be able to deadlift or row heavy for a very long time because it was that painful to bend over.
Thats changed now i have been doing barbell rows and deadlifts light and steady for a while. I can now row 225 easily for 8 reps which is fantastic seeing as though 6 months ago i couldnt lean forward with a weight in my hand. Also i have done a few sessions of heavy deadlifting. Yesterday i pulled 405. I really shouldnt have tried it but i felt so good i just went for it. I struggled but i got it up and with good form.
Hopefully now if i can stay fit things will start improving even more!

For the past 2 weeks i have been off college. This has meant i have been able to eat every 2 hours on the dot without fail. The result of this has been a weight increase of about 5 lbs. Now im just over 14 stone which was my target.
Also i have tweeked my training slighlty. I still train the same bodyparts on the saem days but i have implamented the ‘random’ exercise sheme more. This just means i do the basic compund exercises and mix up the rest, and i think its gonna work because i feel great. Just hope i can keep it up when i get back to college.
Oh yeah and i turned 19 yesterday went out the night before, got drunk, acted stupid and got slapped! All in all a great night, thats done though and now its monday, which means pain for my shoulders and biceps!
