<p>I was deciding to get back in the gym when I wrote my last blog, but somehow the feeling wasnt the same when  i woke up. Leg was still giving problems. The complete stretch wasnt there. Took some time out in the evening and went to play with the kids of my area. Damm what a workout. lemme tell you 2 to 12 year olds dont get tired. Anyways played catch, soccer and feild hockey for a few days and finally June 11 I got back into the gym.  and Yes it felt so good to be back. Went light the first day. June 12 was better, but was still light though added a little extra weight. Yesterday I worked out kinda like my old self on down day. You know lifting weight 75% of your actual just to feel pumped. Today I lifted well. Did back today. Looking forward to tomorrow.

leg is feeling a little better and I have decided to get back into the gym maybe tomorrow and start a little light again. The feeling of wanting to eat is also back. I know i have lost some weight. hopefully I can gain it back soon.
