Yummy Pork!

I am in my off-season so I can play around a bit more with my varieties of foods.  Yesterday I came up with a super easy crockpot recipe:

Sweet Orange Pulled Pork

1 Pork Tenderloin

11/2 cup orange juice

3+ cups Sierra Mist Free

1 TBS Garlic Salt

ground pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in the crockpot, using enough sierra mist free to cover the pork completely.  Let it cook for like 4 hours, then pull pork out and shred and return to crockpot. Let the meat simmer for another hour or so.  Its great served on whole wheat bread as a sandwich, or served on a bed of brown rice.  This is totally delicious and the only macros to count for the meat are the OJ you use and the pork.

Hey! Ok so I love competing and I love cooking, and most of the time these are two things that clash.. I cannot be someone that eats plain chicken off the george foremann and a dried-out microwaved sweet potatoes for 4 meals a day. I love variety, so I have decided to start posting healthy correctly ratio’ed meals for people competing or people that just care about their bodies. Stay tuned, I will post again soon!
