Spring Fever is HERE
It certainly is cold for spring. Luckily I’m not cold thanks to keeping to my fitness plan
I allowed myself some slacking off for the last few days, and now it is back to a strict diet and scheduled training sessions. More importantly I am working on getting more sleep. The lack of it has definitely attributed to a little bit of a plateau that I have recently experienced. My goal is to push past the plateau and working towards more success in taking off some fat and building up my muscle.
