Running…

I got this running thing down and I didn’t even know I could do it until I really started trying. I run again today for 2 mile and it took me 30 minutes. That is only 15 minutes a mile but hey for someone who could not run more then two minutes when I started that is great. I am trying to prepare myself to run a 5K. I don’t know when or which one but I want to train for something athletic so I thought running for charity is a good start.
