My Gym WorkOut- Two Hours!
It has been a very long week... I was so tried from getting up early and working at both jobs! I work Ft for a large non-profit and for ourselves (We have two websites, selling women and men suits) Link will be at the bottom on this blog.
Here is today workout:
Leg press machine- 4 sets at 90, 180, 270 pounds: At the 90 pd, I was able to do with my feet together and apart for extra on the legs.
Dead leg stiff with 45 pound bar- 4 sets-- this is too light, so I need to add weight to the bar now. Oh the joy!
I move on the cables for shoulders and chest and back at varies weights.
More triceps and arms with free weights. By now, I am sweating and hot and thinking oh my God what I am doing to myself! Lol.
I forget to say that my friend came too and since i beat her with weights, she get me back on the cardio side. So I did cardio on the Elliptical machine for twenty minutes. I speed up and slow down and repeat. I was proud of myself. For this is the first time that I did cardio right after an workout. Normally, I just don't have the time.
Boy, we walk out that gym hot, tired, smelling bad, but we did our thing in workout style!
