Well today is my birthday and what did I do? Work ALL day 8:30am-8:00pm and I work at a bank answering questions like, who is going to buy you all now (no one is becasue I don’t work for Wachovia!), and is my money safe (no I’m stealing it). I’m making sure people are "retirement ready" (no one is).

Anyway, my coworkers bought me lunch and dinner, and not healthy either. They know my favorite things (sabatogers they are) so bascially they bought everything I love. Enchiladas and tamales with Coldstone Birthday Cake Remix for lunch and supreme pizza for dinner. Arrggghh! I didn’t eat the ice cream, I did bring it home, but I did eat the tamales. No workout today because of the long day at work. Off until tomorrow.

I have a question though. How heavy is heavy? I did a leg workout yesterday and I thought i lifted heavy and my legs are sore now, but they are not as sore as I have felt before (like when I used to run track, or basketball conditioning), but I did not lift weights to feel the soreness. I walk with minimal pain, but I want it so that I really feel it when I walk. In fact, I want it so that any time I work any body part, I know with every movement of my body that it has been worked.

Please advise! Thanks!!

Well, I severly fell off on my transformation. I gained some weight and all and I really am upset with myself. I stopped going to the gym when I started a new job, which requires me to work late (until 7pm). Then of course I have to potty train my daughter and at the gym daycare they weren’t too helpful with that, and I didn’t want to keep putting diapers on her. Plus, I moved and that is enough stress in itself.

Anyway, I decided that I am not going to stop going to the gym/working out and eating right ever again! My changes may come slowly, but I know that if I continue to do what I decided to do, the changes are inevitable.

I must be consistent, and I must remember WHY I’m doing this. I am really tired of being jiggly and I am really tired of being tired. And I REALLY miss feeling that I worked out so hard that I just go home and go straight to sleep! So here are my goals

To eat 5 meals a day and have my meals planned before the day starts

To do 30 min of cardio 6 days a week

To lift 4 days a week, heavy weights!

To get to bed early!

I’ll have these goals posted everywhere to remind me. When I get tempted, I’ll just ask myself is this going to bring me closer or farther away from my goals. That will keep me in check. My birthday is tomorrow, and for me, the new year starts on that date (no new year’s resolutions for me ever). It is when I assess where I am now and if it is better than where I was the same day last year. I must say no overall, and I am very dissapointed but I need to get over that. I am going to take every day as a day to get closer to my goals, and no matter want I will do it.

I am a single mom so I do need support so please, please, PLEASE support me and check up on me!

Thanks so much for reading!

Hi Everyone!!!

Finally I have a Bodyspace. I’ve been stalking so now I feel my goals are super official. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. My main dilemma is the meal planning and then eating. When am I going to eat 3 meals while at work when I am working with customers all day? I don’t like to shovel food down, so should I do meal replacement shakes? Also, what are good supplements to help with recovery from weight lifting?

Let me know…Thanks!
