					<description>Watch those shakes especially the sugar content and fat.  I am a teacher and I have the same issue as you, I found that it helps to have fresh fruit and veggies and almonds to snack on.  I usually have a protien shake for breakfast then a fruit and handful of almonds for lunch.  6 meals should be no more than 250 to 300 calories .

I am no expert and I have a long way to go to reach my goals but this works for me

dont forget the water too
