Help Please!
Hi Everyone!!!
Finally I have a Bodyspace. I’ve been stalking so now I feel my goals are super official. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. My main dilemma is the meal planning and then eating. When am I going to eat 3 meals while at work when I am working with customers all day? I don’t like to shovel food down, so should I do meal replacement shakes? Also, what are good supplements to help with recovery from weight lifting?

hey, all the best with your transformation, real food meals are better, but shakes will do if u can’t find time to eat a meal. all the best!! hit it hard-never give up!!

Watch those shakes especially the sugar content and fat. I am a teacher and I have the same issue as you, I found that it helps to have fresh fruit and veggies and almonds to snack on. I usually have a protien shake for breakfast then a fruit and handful of almonds for lunch. 6 meals should be no more than 250 to 300 calories .
I am no expert and I have a long way to go to reach my goals but this works for me
dont forget the water too
