WELL i decided to do the stlouis naturals again in my hometown stlouis……..i did okay in the show last year but i wanna do better. so now its time to get focused……..i stay on bb.com to get motivated for training seeing how everyone is hitting their goals……….i been slacking on cardio but will be back all over it march1st! food has been okay and training i been doing well…..i feel i put on some muscle over winter now im ready to shed the belly off!! any suggestions? lol

well the time has come to shake off all the reeses i got for xmas and pound cakes we made…………i am back with a full force this past week……a new person in my life is wonderful and wants to see me make it further than i did before……he has my back and wont let me do wrong!! had a successful full week back in gym with mind and body rite i can get better than 4th place this year!! early a.m. workouts and being able to be a lil more prepared is my new goal! keep ya posted

well i weighed myself this morning……186lbs? so i put on 5 pounds of muscle i hope……have been eating pretty clean but one of my coaches told me he wanted me to stay near 175lbs during off season………..but i put on weight? today i had leg workout……hit 405 for 8????? whoaaaaaaaa i couldnt belive it?

well i went as a spectator to gateway naturals in stlouis/ofallon, mo this weekend…….it was my first show last year this time, it was okay some of the judging was a lil off for me but overall it was a good show, some of the competitors ive seen before and i can say i saw improvement, kinda wish i was up there……but the shows make me get back on track!! my goal is to go to one every quarter while training to keep my mind right and stay on track…..its not hard for me to get off with the people i work with and friends think im cool and dont need to do anything else even my parents…..everyone wants me to eat, i tell them i do eat, not what you eat but i eat well!! so i had a great day in gym today and meeting my workout partner again tomorrow…..we have to get scheudules together and get on the ball!! got to win next year!!!

well i tried again today i cant seem to understand one week i feel strong and one week i feel weak? i tightened up so fast on chest today that i had to lower weight less than last week…….diet went okay and always seems to go well til saturday cause i have a super early work day and late and busy and just keep going instead of eating? well i guess i will keep going…….not like im not used to it? lol, but just DONT FEEL LIKE DOING IT……….CAN I GET A PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO WORK OUT FOR ME…………….LMAO!!!

well today is start of third week back at it………i was a lil sore this past week with legs i did good squats and omg……….but i feel great, had a couple of cheat days and no liquor this weekend i did great! thats my weak point (liquor, cocktails) it breaks me down and i dont want to do anything……….so i am on the way to do HIIT and meet with my coach today for chest/triceps……..wish me luck?
has anyone on here experience people not adding you as a friend? are some people just not into it or…………………..? i like to keep up with people progress it motivates me….but i had soooooooooooo many people i was stalking i felt just like that, like i was stalking them…….so i removed alot of stalking and i have gained alot of adds and keep up with alot of people……….good day all!!

well i did it? completed one full week of about 80% clean eating and shakes and all workouts? i dont know why when i did the shows i find all the time i need to eat, workout, etc? now it seems like im squeezing it in? whats up with that? well i feel great in gym, had great strength and did well i actually moved a couple of guys out the way on hammerstrength today? they "wow" me? i lifted more than them i knew i was back then! keep you all posted!!!

well after feeling like porky pig for weeks and not caring shit about a workout or eating properly i am back! i worked with my coach today and ate pretty good for day 1? i was going thru some bs with someone and had to realize i worked tooooooooo damn hard to get to where i am and how important my workouts and eating is! so at first i was letting everything consume me and was trying to figure out how i made time while training for my shows and now i seem to cant even het food rite in such a short period? i would workout one day and maybe do cardio 2 for the last few weeks and i cant stannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd how i feel! and my poor abs are GONE! WHOA! well the wings, burgers, fries, mcflurrys, etc are OUT!!!

well i missed a week of workouts for vacation, couldnt quite get to them with all the drinking and late sleeping i was doing! then to return to work and was busy ass hell and couldnt quite get the workouts or my food correct either! was all off balance, but i went grocery shopping, going to gym today, and get back rite! was feeling fat ass hell all the mcdonalds mcflurrys i ate and kettle one vodka i consumed! man!! i feel it so im back to work!!!!
