well its been roughly over 2 weeks since competition and i went to gym, i felt good over all i just did a couple of sets each body part and walked 20 min, i felt okay and had decent strength, havent decided what i will do as far as competing again but i will be back in gym full swing first of nov, i needed a serious break! 2 competitions, work, travel, and life! im tired!

well i was driving and calculated i have roughly 8weeks til next contest, wow, that was a slap in the back of my head, one good thing is i havent gained but 6lbs since last contest in july, my coach has had me doing high reps/low weight to really work on muscle condtioning/density, so i see some change and i have gotten mentally ready for the cardio, i been doing it but gotta really do it now! food is not an issue anymore, i find on my cheat meals is the problem, i cant seem to find what i want, when i decide on something, its not always good? it never gets that feeling i was used to with cheat food, i think i finally got where i love my new body and the results that i dont want to ruin it………….lol……….ok until next week!

well its 2 weeks from yesterday and everyday is day by day with me……………..im just coasting thru and i have to stay determined because with the contest i also have a hectic schedule to attend to also………this time has been a lil different, i will say i put forth a lot more effort than my first two contests? i had a new relationship, work, and side job going on but thru all that i still got it done, i tell people all the time if you want to get in shape u need a goal………..whether i win or lose i enjoy the journey on the show ride this time because i love to see the transformation of my "summer body" i call it! wish me luck i will post again before the show!!

okay i weighed in last week at 179 weight is dropping steady……had first posing class yesterday and it went okay…..looking in big mirror realized i have more work to do and stay focused……..i worked out yesterday and i am fair in the gym, i was about to begin and needed a smith machine, ballys in clayton, mo only has one! someone had a bench under it so i assumed he was using it…..i asked proper gym terms of "can i work in with u"………he says only one more set…….he proceeds to do some weak ass shoulder press with dumbells at smith machine……so when he finished i walked over and begin to take weights off smith machine he says…….." i have one more set….i was resting……" huhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh he was resting for 5 ****ing minutes………so then started a weak ass squat by time he fininshed over there i moved on to my super sets and was damn near done with first 2 exercises………i dont understand people in the gym…….then when i get to calf raises i asked….." can i work in with you" and some other non working out dude says……." i only have one more, ugh….go ahead………" he was doing standing calf raises with like 50lbs on there i dont understand why people like to hog and cock block the machines…….shit, i got major work to do i have to get ready dont they know this MANNNNNNNNNNNNNN! LMFAO

well today i did my monday weigh in as ususal……im holding steady in size, except i went down 3/4 in the waist to a solid 32, and chest lost 1inch(wow) but legs, back, arms, etc same size! i have been averaging 3lbs a week with 10 weeks left i will be RIPPPPED……LOL! BUT just sticking to the script, cardio, cardio, cardio……..weights and food!

well i had bf done today, cant say i was disappointed just made it clear i got hella work to do…….my diet coach says its good and keep eating rite….i was holding steady at 193, i weighed in at 188.5 for one week on his diet……….bf was 17.9 and he wants it down to atleast 6% for show time……….i got work to do! been doing hella cardio and eating cleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeean and on schedule! keep yall posted!
