first day back at gym
well its been roughly over 2 weeks since competition and i went to gym, i felt good over all i just did a couple of sets each body part and walked 20 min, i felt okay and had decent strength, havent decided what i will do as far as competing again but i will be back in gym full swing first of nov, i needed a serious break! 2 competitions, work, travel, and life! im tired!
