week 8
Monday, August 17th, 2009well i was driving and calculated i have roughly 8weeks til next contest, wow, that was a slap in the back of my head, one good thing is i havent gained but 6lbs since last contest in july, my coach has had me doing high reps/low weight to really work on muscle condtioning/density, so i see some change and i have gotten mentally ready for the cardio, i been doing it but gotta really do it now! food is not an issue anymore, i find on my cheat meals is the problem, i cant seem to find what i want, when i decide on something, its not always good? it never gets that feeling i was used to with cheat food, i think i finally got where i love my new body and the results that i dont want to ruin it………….lol……….ok until next week!
