week 6
Tuesday, November 4th, 2008well i weighed myself this morning……186lbs? so i put on 5 pounds of muscle i hope……have been eating pretty clean but one of my coaches told me he wanted me to stay near 175lbs during off season………..but i put on weight? today i had leg workout……hit 405 for 8????? whoaaaaaaaa i couldnt belive it?
