im back
Monday, September 29th, 2008well after feeling like porky pig for weeks and not caring shit about a workout or eating properly i am back! i worked with my coach today and ate pretty good for day 1? i was going thru some bs with someone and had to realize i worked tooooooooo damn hard to get to where i am and how important my workouts and eating is! so at first i was letting everything consume me and was trying to figure out how i made time while training for my shows and now i seem to cant even het food rite in such a short period? i would workout one day and maybe do cardio 2 for the last few weeks and i cant stannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd how i feel! and my poor abs are GONE! WHOA! well the wings, burgers, fries, mcflurrys, etc are OUT!!!
