Wednesday, April 30th, 2008well i have 11 weeks to go……training hasnt been as hard this time for me not saying its easy i think i know what to expect! i damn near cried my first show…..but its alot at stake this time? i started a lil earlier 16weeks and upped the cardio to see if i can shed a lil more………keep checkin for updates……or see me in stlouis july 12, downtown……www.stlouisnaturalbodybuilding
