week 3 and 4

well………….had to be disciplined on week 3 with going out of town and behaving on the food and liquour knowing the contest is approaching but i managed, even got on up and did cardio n tha gym!! week 3 workout was harder knowing that as the week went on I had to step it up.

 

week 4

this week was really hard begining the 2 a day cardio sessions and adding Muscularity to my regimen and also worked out 6 days………its hard for me to do saturday so my workout is hectic but im getting it!! cheat day this week is the final one but i also began first posing class and after that………..wow? this is my first show but being with the guys  who have done this before and looked better than me i really gotta put my game up higher now, i was all in but that what happened today? wow……….lets start  week 7

week 2

well made  it thru week 2, it was really hard this week being super busy at work and trying to make it to gym in early a.m. and take all supplements but i did it!! i was wore out sat and today…….. im seeing major changes so i am really gonna make it!!! didnt cheat as much today on cheat day but did cardio twice so that was cool……….lets see what week 3 brings!!!

I have committed to training for a show……wasnt really sure if i am ready but reading testimonials and talking with my trainers I should make it? I completed my first intense week which was hard which consisted of 4 days of training and one day of total body, and cardio for 7 days…….no cheating on food only cheat day (sunday) and taking all supplements correctly…….I want this so bad i can taste it! DISIPLINE!! GOT TO GET IT!! CHECK BACK FOR WEEK 2
