Well it was been a while since I have wrote on here.

My newest motivation is my grandma’s 80th birthday party which is in 14 days. Something like 30 of my family members will be attending and of course I want to look good. I know best results take time but these events are what motivate me. I walked 3 miles this morning and I will do the same the next 14 days. I started counting calories today and will contunie the next 14 days..lol hopefully by then my routine will be restablished and I can continue into a great pattern.

Well I went on a two week vacation, gained three pounds and lost my routine….so I am getting back in the saddle :) I am going to do as much as I can in the next 8 days for a hopfully better number when I weigh in.

My GOALS

Weekly: Consume 19 points a day or about 1300 calories, work out in one way or another at least 6 days a week

30 Days 03/17/08: Have our bowflex assembled and use it 20 minutes 6 days a week. Accumulate a minumum of 10,000 steps a day of not more.

March: Maintain weight if not loose some

90 Days 04/16/08: weigh 125 pounds by losing 1.4 pounds a week

May: maintain weight if not lose some

June 2008: Win the 2008 Health and Fitness Challenge at Work

I receved this through email and it made me feel great so I would like to pass it on to all of you:

Tequila and Salt 

This should probably be taped to your bathroom mirror where one could read it every day. You may not realize it, but it’s 100% true. 

 

1. There are at least two people in this world that you would die for. 

 

2. At least 15 people in this world love you in some way. 

 

3. The only reason anyone would ever hate you is because they want to be just like you. 

 

4. A smile from you can bring happiness to anyone, even if they don’t like you. 

  

5. Every night, SOMEONE thinks about you before they go to sleep. 

 

6. You mean the world to someone. 

 

7. You are special and unique. 

 

8. Someone that you don’t even know exists loves you. 

 

9. When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good comes from it. 

 

10. When you think the world has turned its back on you take another look.

I will work on posting some actual body pics this weekend so I have something to comapre to later down the line. I weigh my self tomarrow so we will see how much damage the Super bowl created for me.

I still have not committed to a work out schedule so I am going to aime on doing that this week too. If I plan it and put it in my palm poliet it will most likey happen vs just waking up and decidng what to do for the day.

Ohhh did I say that I bought a Bowflex!! the newest one the revolution. I am very excited I am hoping my husband and I will work out together and do some motivation at home. It should be here the 25th
