					<description>Mind if I ask why you are using raw eggs?  Also what did you base your intake on?  did you figure out your calorie, protein and carb needs and then plan your day?  You can only process so much protein at once and i wouldn't recommend a meal with a protein shake and 2 cans of tuna.  Also vegetables are almost non-existent, I would highly recommned you add a ton into your diet since you are intaking such a huge amount of protein and forcing your body into an acidic state.</description>

					<description>or just eat more chicken breast. i'd rather eat real meat then to drink 3 shakes in a day.  get some veggies on a plate and get some fat free ranch dip and have it sit out on the table. the veggies will fill you up. drink more water. i'm on a creatine kick and i have to drink like 8 bottles of water i'm full all day!</description>

Also try using complex carbohydrates and protein for each meal they fill you up more and are slow releasing, meaning you wont get hungry as often. Hope that helps.</description>
