food intake right now
2am -1 protein shake, 2 raw eggs
6am - 4 eggs, 1 protein shake, oat meal, 2banana
10am - cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese, chicken
12 noon - 2 stakes or 2 chicken breasts, oat meal, yogurt,
1pm - 2 raw eggs, cheese
3pm - oat meal, protein shake, tuna 2 cans
4pm - chicken, yogurt
8pm - protein shake, fish or chicken or stakes just some kinda good meat with protein in it, 1 banana, cottage cheese, corn or green beens,
9pm - tuna 1 can, eggs 2 to 3
10pm or later - 1 protein shake 2 raw eggs.
thats my days worth of food intake. any pointers?

Mind if I ask why you are using raw eggs? Also what did you base your intake on? did you figure out your calorie, protein and carb needs and then plan your day? You can only process so much protein at once and i wouldn’t recommend a meal with a protein shake and 2 cans of tuna. Also vegetables are almost non-existent, I would highly recommned you add a ton into your diet since you are intaking such a huge amount of protein and forcing your body into an acidic state.
