work out today
so i worked on chest and abs today and it felt really good. i didn’t feel quite as strong as i do some times but i was still up there in my weights i was able to push. i again tried to push 315 on decline bench and with help was able to get it five times the first three were for the most part all me so i am getting there its just taken me a lot longer then i thought it would to be able to push that amount of weight by my self at least 7 times or so that was the goal by mid march but thats not going to happen so i am going to have to re look at my goals and see what i can do it by. I have been pushing cable flies really hard to get my strength up and reach my goal a little faster and it has helped with my chest size i am starting to see some amount of growth so thats good. pull overs also have been helping a lot i am now up to doing 110 at least 6 times so that in its self has gone up and am way proud of that. but ill try it all again next week with my chest workout and see what happens.
