work out today
ok so i hit the cardio really hard to day did 45 min at the start of my workout and did chest today slow even reps not too heavy just using perfect form then hit up another 30 min of cardio at the end of my workout i have to say it kicked my ass. but i do feel really good to day i think i will try it again tomorrow. i really only do cardio on the weekends don’t know if i should do it during the week or not i try just to focus on my weight training during the week and add size and definition to my body. i think its working for me that way but i don’t know what adding cardio during the week will do for me yet.
