well i went and did it i hurt my back and now i am paying for it i cant lift for a week maybe two but i am going to try to do some chest and arms to give my self some thing to do but have to stay away from anything that has to do with my back. i hurt it doing dead lifts and new i should have quit right before i did my last set. i had done about 8 sets of them and well went for one more set and at 225 (thats nothing for me most of the time) was just enough weight to pull my back and take me out for a while now. it was all because i was tired and should have stopped before i got to that point. i went all the way up to 385 on dead lifts and did 2 sets of 5 with that weight and that took a lot out of me so i was already drained. and i just had to do some more lol. well i just hope i can come back faster then the doc thinks i should i hate laying low.

2am -1 protein shake, 2 raw eggs
6am - 4 eggs, 1 protein shake, oat meal, 2banana
10am - cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese, chicken
12 noon - 2 stakes or 2 chicken breasts, oat meal, yogurt,
1pm - 2 raw eggs, cheese
3pm - oat meal, protein shake, tuna 2 cans
4pm - chicken, yogurt
8pm - protein shake, fish or chicken or stakes just some kinda good meat with protein in it, 1 banana, cottage cheese, corn or green beens,
9pm - tuna 1 can, eggs 2 to 3
10pm or later - 1 protein shake 2 raw eggs.
thats my days worth of food intake. any pointers?

so i pounded the shit out of my arms today and it felt way good. I worked them for almost 3 hours thats bis and tris and i do both push and pull lifts for every muscle group and arms are no exception. I love working my arms the pump i can get is the best feeling in the world event if it takes me over and hour and a half to get to that point. my work outs are really long but they have to be for me to feel anything and i love spending that time at the gym anyways it bets me just going home or to a bar and drinking all night long. my strait bar curls are getting stronger and are feeling better for the longest time it made my forearms hurt and they felt no pain. Right now i am at 135lbs strait bar curs with 6 sets of 5 reps each and it feels so good then i go to cable curls with 8 sets starting at 80lbs going to 150lbs with ten reps each set. after that i go to dumbels with reps of 10 from 30lbs all the way to 55lbs. thats about it for bis i sometimes do more then just that but thats the basic outline of it then its off to tris and i start at the cable machine with pull downs starting at 80lbs going to 150lbs with sets of 12 reps all the way to failure . then single arm pull downs with 50lbs each time to failure. after that i do dips with 6 sets of 10 reps. then ill hit the floor and do push ups at least 25 to 30 of them and streach and thats about it. its a little hard core but it seems to work ok for me.

so i worked on chest and abs today and it felt really good. i didn’t feel quite as strong as i do some times but i was still up there in my weights i was able to push. i again tried to push 315 on decline bench and with help was able to get it five times the first three were for the most part all me so i am getting there its just taken me a lot longer then i thought it would to be able to push that amount of weight by my self at least 7 times or so that was the goal by mid march but thats not going to happen so i am going to have to re look at my goals and see what i can do it by. I have been pushing cable flies really hard to get my strength up and reach my goal a little faster and it has helped with my chest size i am starting to see some amount of growth so thats good. pull overs also have been helping a lot i am now up to doing 110 at least 6 times so that in its self has gone up and am way proud of that. but ill try it all again next week with my chest workout and see what happens.

ok so i got back to the gym after taken 4 days off and still felt realy good. My lifts were still strong and i took a long time to reach my peak during my workout like always so i didnt see that much of a difference in taken time off but it did feel nice to not be sore for a few days. my weight stayed the same too so my eating like i have been has not made a diff if i work out or not so i think i should step it up with the food intake.over all my arms felt realy good for the hole workout and am looking forward to doing legs tomorrow.

OK SO FOR THE LAST 4 DAYS I HAVE NOT BEEN GOING TO THE GYM BUT I HAVE BEEN EATING LIKE I WOULD IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN GOING . WE WILL SEE IF MY BODY HAS PUT ON ANY WEIGHT AND SIZE TAKING THE BRAKE THAT I HAVE . AND IT GAVE ME TIME TO REST MY BODY AND CAN NOW HIT IT HARD CORE ONCE AGAIN TO SEE IF I CAN MAKE ANY CHANGES IN MY WEIGHT AND SIZE IN A SHORTER TIME. ILL POST ANOTHER ONE AFTER MY WORK OUT TONIGHT AND TELL YOU HAW IT WENT.

ok so i really hit it hard tonight i just could not get enough of the gym tonight. i worked arms for 2Hr45Min. i got one hell of a pump on. it felt so good i just kept going. i got home tonight and had some chicken and a protein shake for din but when i was making both of them my arms kept cramping up.lol I know i did my job tonight with my workout there tender now and still feel tight as hell i can only imagine what they will feel like two days form now. but its all worth it to get to the top of my game, no pain no gain.

ok so i hit the cardio really hard to day did 45 min at the start of my workout and did chest today slow even reps not too heavy just using perfect form then hit up another 30 min of cardio at the end of my workout i have to say it kicked my ass. but i do feel really good to day i think i will try it again tomorrow. i really only do cardio on the weekends don’t know if i should do it during the week or not i try just to focus on my weight training during the week and add size and definition to my body. i think its working for me that way but i don’t know what adding cardio during the week will do for me yet.

OK SO MY APITITE HAS GONE UP BY LIKE 300% AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO I SEEM TO NEVER GET ENOUGH TO EAT. I SO WANT TO KEEP MY LEAN LOOK AND STILL BUILD A LITTLE SIZE BUT I AM NOT SURE IF I GIVE IN IF I WILL BE TO MUCH FOR MY BODY TO USE PRODUCTIVELY OR NOT. i EAT ENOUGH TO GET BY RIGHT NOW BUT DO I EAT MORE AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS OR JUST FIGHT THE CRAVEINGS AND KEEP WORKING OUT LIKE I DO.
