well i did it 4 week straight dieting and dropped off about 4 kg and did my photo shoot. Im totally proud of myself and have lost about 10kg todate.
Next challenge is to compete in May 2008 in Australia and see how i go!

well im about 2 weeks out from first fitness photo shoot and have been on diet for 12 days as of today. The dieting is really stricked, hard and i have found myself many a time, falling apart crying and uncontrollable thoughts and fears running through my mind. there is nothing that can prepare you for dieting and i have found out, whatching my girl friends diet last year for there comps i thought yeah.. i got this!! no probs!!
WRONG!!!.
family dont understand and it is easy to stay away from them, i have a small network of great chics that i train with and we are all in contact all the time as we are all in the same boat!…with out these girls i wouldnt have gotten through the first week!… it makes it hard to being buy your self…. some nights i wished i just had someone to cuddle up to and sleep!! i find it really hard at night, sore , stiff and hungrey! and unable to sleep that it hurts.
well i have dropped off all my christmas weight plus some more and under 60kg which was my goal for about 2.5 years so im stoked with that. which means i have about 4kg to drop and im confident that it will come off. my head space is clearer now and i will at lest feel like i gave it every thing i had for the photo shoot…
next week i have "fit Camp" with Mel Zimmerman.. australian international fitness pro…she actually one of my mates and i particapated last year and will be going back this year as a transformed person!..
im off tomorrow to run stairs and get my ass kicked for about 3 hours, with low energy levels and a heavey heart and a self asteem as big as a peanut!….its going to hurt but it one step closer to becoming a PRO!!
so when i get my pics i’ll be using them..

Christmas was not kind to me … i put on about 2/3kg and have been struggling since the 1st , to drop it off. its very frustrating to have been down in weight and on track with my weight loss and now i have to work harder to get back to were i was.
i constantly feel bloated, and find that i feel like its all sitting around my stomach!… i have been told it all could be fuild retention but really 3KG of water retention??…
if anyone has any feeback id be willing to listern….im a bit down about it as i really need/want to lose 5 kg with in the next month to do my first photo shoot…since being quiet large!

Been training strong and hard and for a christmas treat, i thought id go and get a "thai massage"… it was really great they really get into your muscles and pull them apart…but there is one area which i neglete all the time.. either by purely forgettening or not paying attention… My calves!!!….thats right it was so painfull i was holding on for grim death!!
i had to have all the muscles pulled and twisted just to losen them off!!, and then she got into my acklies tendons and i was almost crying!!..and then got my feet worked on and i was thinking how great it was feeling untill it got harder and deeper and i was amazed by the pain and tighteness i was feeling through my feet!
i am away that if you calves get to tight it can snap your acilies!….and then your F%$ked
so today i am resting and putting my feet up because i cant walk…that right i am in pain!!………so to all this is a lesson in looking after your body!!LOL. My New Years resulation is not just to lose weight and get healthly.. but to become more flexible and stretch before bed!!

Started training with a NEW trainner begining of October 07, and the result have been unbelieveable. i have dropped about 3 kg in less than 4 , 1hour sessions. i had been weight trainning for over two years and never had results like this… im almost into the 50kgs mark which i have been using as a goal for a really long time. i have no doudt that i have also lost in body fat!
interesting enough though i have not been taking any supplements and i have found it easyer as a chick to drop of the weight this way.
im not lifting half as much weigth than i was and my muscle are loving it and becoming so much more worked!, i havent seen my tummy this tight in long time either.
so here i go AGAIN!! march 2008 i;ll be ready for COMP!!!

Im so proud of my self and been so great with my dieting and i really feel menatly able to keep up with it. i am seeing slow changes in my body shape and slimming down every week. i am also retaining my muscle mass.
Every week is another reason to keep training and work harder to get my little body back.
Training with amazing figure girls who are just so inspiring and are the end result of hard work, but all in all we all have to start some were.October will be 2 years since i started weight lifting , so i want to see some great results.
im also getting ready to give Lipo6 a crack and see what kind of results i can muster with it, ive only heard great things about it, so i’ll put it to the test.

One week down and i have dropped 1 kg/ 2.2 pounds. i have made it through the week with out cracking or running of the wagon.
I am re afirming my commitment to myself. for another week of clean eating and weight lose.
I have just startedon a new supplement called body quicken for help in the weight lose department. i’ll be documenting its performance and results.
Im heading for to the coast of Australia tommorrow, for a well deserved rest and training on the beaches… everyones dream!! especailly those of you who know the Gold Coast beaches!!!

This is the big start of a 16 week transformation. Im carring about 10 kg extra and am planning to lose it and obtain my muscle mass and hopefully become more defind. I am extremely lucky to be training with 2 different trainners, both who are or have been pro body builders and fitness champions.
I have been weight trainning for over a year and a half, and been loving it but not taking it completely serious, possibably due to the fact of not wanting to disappoint myself if i couldnt acheive it.
Mondays my Go day and i’m completely commited!!!!
i’ll be posting some photos soon
