					<description>Wow! I posted the same thought earlier today!  I too don't like that you can't input a cardio workout. When I have days of cardio only I'm not able to enter it into the workout tracker. When I have cardio and weight days I just add the cardio in the note section. But you have to input a weight exercise before it will save the workout. Why is that?????</description>
