I HAVE NOW BEEN OUT OF THE GYM FOR 5 WEEKS. ONLY EATING 2 TIMES PER DAY IN LARGE AMOUNTS. CONSISTING OF MOSTLY "JUNK." I’VE BEEN COMPLETELY OFF TILT. THINGS IN MY DAILY LIFE R NOT GOING ACCORDING TO PLAN.
