Good Morning!! I just got back from the club and I feel great! I have also made a decision about my 28 day body shape over. I’ve decided to alter it a bit. Hey!!! I’m a woman, I’m intitled to change my mind! :)   Here’s the plan. I’m gonna hold off on Brad’s plan and begin it in November. As for now I’m doing 28 days of circuits and cardio. 3 days of circuits and 6 days of cardio. My goal has not changed, just my method of acheiving it. I hate cardio, but i need it!! Circiuts offer the best of both worlds (Resistance and Cardio) at least for me it does. I also enjoy it. This way, I’ll increase my stregnth and lose some fat. I’ll tone up and increase my chances of completeing Brad’s plan without injury or just plan quiting. I’ll post my stats every Monday.

Well, this is day number 3. I am very sore, but still motivated to see this thing through. I posted some pics of me. I was reluctant, but if I force myself to look at them, I will work harder to look better. :) I haven’t made it to the club yet, I was up all night with two of my boy’s. They have a virus of some kind. They seem to be okay now, so I’ll be off to work out in a few. I’ll check in later this evening.

My 28 Day Body Shapeover Challenge

Monday I began a 28 day shapeover challenge. I’m using Brad Schoenfelds book, appropriately titled "28 Day Body Shapeover".  I’ve so far lost 1lb and I’ve got 7 more to go. Yes I know..stop looking at the scale. Well, for the next month I’ll be lookin’ :) . My goal is 130lbs and by george I’m gonna get there!!! Wish me luck. I’ll be reporting in daily.
