Pre-practice- half chocolate powerbar
AM practice: swim for an hour and 45 min.
Shake with 1 Tbl. nat pb., pp, 1c. lite chocolate soy milk
nat pb. and honey sandwhich on wheat bread
1 c. fat-free cottage cheese with 2 Tbl. peach jam
1c. fat-free yogurt with 3 Tbl. wheat germ and 1/4 c. blueberries
apple
celery stick w/ about 3-4Tbl. pb
about 2 servings of salad-romaine, spinach, 5 cucumber slices, 3 radishes, about 1/4 serving of broccoli
about 3 c. penne pasta with tuna, fat free cheese, and lite mayo. (yikes! not so good!)

Pre-practice- half vanilla powerbar
AM Practice: circuit lifting, then about a 4 mile run
shake-choco. pp., cup lite soy milk, 1Tbl. nat.pb
1 large apple
2 hard boiled eggs
yogurt w/ about 3 Tbl wheat germ..actually measured in a plastic shot glass (so i can put plastic wrap overtop ha)
about 8 baby carrots with about 3 maybe 4 Tbl. fat free dressing (5g sugar per 2Tbl)
1/2 c. oats with 1 Tbl. nat.pb. and 1/3 c. blueberries
PM Practice: Swimming for 2 hours
1 c. lite chocolate soy milk
about 8 walnuts
chicken breast
1/2 green pepper
3/4 cooked brown rice
1 c. mixed veggies (corn, little slices of red peppers, broccoli, califlower)
1/3 c. peach salsa
starbucks grande fat-free/sugar-free carmel macchiato
packing my lunch for tomorrow=picking at random stuff (100-200 cals? Just adding more than I think I really ate)

PM practice: 2 hours of swimming
Food for the day:
2 egg whites, 1 whole egg
2 pieces of whole wheat toast w/ about 4 Tbl. homemade peach jam
yogurt (0 fat, 9g sugar) w/ 2 Tbl. wheat germ
deer hamburger (1 1/2 serving)
1/2 c oats with 1/4-3c. blueberries
2 Tbl. natural pb. (crunchy the best ever!)
Dinner..confusing…I eat too much when I cook ha.
about 2-3 1/2 in slices of eggplant grilled w/ italian dressing
1/4 c. walnuts
1/2 tofu square grilled in italian dressing
about 1/2 tomato in italian dressing
about 1 1/2c. lite chocolate soy milk
1 c. skim milk (cocoa powder and stevia=hot chocolate)
I am not drinking enough water! I am having trouble getting to 8c. today. Blah!

Well let’s see, I am going to be a Junior at the U of Toledo. I swim there and am majoring in clinical exercise science so I can become an amazing strength and conditioning coach ; ). I am currently about 6 lbs over the weight that I was at the beginning of summer. I always seem to find a way to gain weight in the off season regardless. Well, I am dredding going back to school, but I am excited to start training yards again and being able to buy my own food..I do not do well with temptation! I eat pretty healthy now, but I am eating more than I should be since I am not working out as much. I am hungry though, but I am also eating dinner at 9-10 because I am taking a chem II class that is from 5-9:40. It is horrible! Well I am going to go to bed since I have to get up early for practice tomorrow!
