			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was at the gym for four hours today but totally lolligagged it and did about as much lifting as a hard core person would do in 45 minutes. I didn&#8217;t feel well because I took four days off and didn&#8217;t do **** and ate like ****. Today I ran 10 k in two segments not really fast. Did 20 minutes of hand bike and two 30 minute stretching sessions. The lifting I did was ten hack squat with 4 plates. I like the hack squat and want to do a lot until it expires. I&#8217;ve been neglecting my legs and am a lot weaker than I was months ago before I took off the first time I think before I got sick.  I did one set of 15 leg abduction in and out, 15 leg extension at 190 lbs 15 curl at 175 lbs, drop set stomach pull down, side and middle crunches for the first time 40 x, bench 225 4x then 3x, 205 8x, 185 ?10x, 155 10x, 145 10x, 135 10x. I think that&#8217;s all I did. I felt fresh when I left but I can feel now that I did get a workout so that&#8217;s good. So I guess I&#8217;m back on the bus. I&#8217;ve figured out this ftp stuff so I&#8217;m free of distractions now.

		<description><![CDATA[didn&#8217;t work out yesterday to get caught up on some computer ****. I was also bummed about finding out about $700 worth of bills and when I&#8217;m bummed I don&#8217;t have the juice to work out. hopefully i&#8217;ll get around to it today.

<p> while I was there I stretched for a half hour, did hand bike for 20 minutes, ran for like a half hour 5k, squated 135 10x. I did leg abduction in and out at 160 and 20 leg extension at 190 and 15 concentration curls with 30 lbs but didn&#8217;t feel totally fresh in the legs either. I just went home. But at least I showed up at the gym. I think tomorrow I&#8217;ll be able to concentrate on pumpage again after I figure out this computer ****.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>don&#8217;t know why i didnt&#8217; write a post yesterday. yesterday I went in twice. I did in the morning for like a half hour with some stretching and running two miles and a set or two, then the second time for some stretching and ran a mile and a rep or two.</p>
<p> tonight I benched 225 6x! I thought i was going to be weaker because i haven&#8217;t been working out the last week from the energy crisis but i came back stronger. maybe I just needed to take some time off. then i did 205 seven times. almost eight. this dude came up to help me but it was too late. then 185 ten times, 155 12 times and 135 like 15 times but I can&#8217;t remember. I deep squated 195 (4 plates) seven times on the smith maching. inclined pressed 135 10x, ran 3.1 miles. I wanted to run more but my achilles was tired enough. i started by stretching a half hour. I did a set or two of calfs, 50 shrugs with 45 lbs plates, 20 reps leg abduction out and in with 160 lbs, leg extension 20 reps with 190 lbs and 10 reps sitting leg curl 190 lbs. 60 leg ups followed by 30. I think that&#8217;s it. I left after three hours although I felt like i easily could have gone another hour. two hot chicks in the last couple weeks have told me I&#8217;m overtraining plus it was 11:00 pm and I didn&#8217;t want the new desk shift dude Ronnie see me in there because the last two nights I&#8217;ve been telling him I&#8217;d give him a CD and didn&#8217;t want to be a flake today since I forgot to put the new one in my car. I&#8217;ll be good to go tomorrow. the weird thing was all i ate today before going in was a burrito and a little fruit. afterwards I had a bowl of spagetti vegetables. I had a couple protein drinks too.  I guess the protein drinks have been doing me good. I&#8217;d sure like to see this belly blubber go away. at this rate who knows maybe I&#8217;ll be able to bench the 225 7x by the beginning of december when the membership expires. that would be cool. I wonder how I&#8217;ll take to the lifting at home again.

I feel it in my amrs now so that&#8217;s cool. I got a bunch of protein powder today at the gnc place and the dudes there told me that hispanic males have the most testosterone out of everybody and I need 2 grams of protein per pound of body a day if your working out which is way more than I&#8217;ve been eating. before it was 160 grams and now it&#8217;s going to be 380. hopefully this will make me bigger and stronger. then after I go to boulder I&#8217;ll get into biking and running and lose it all! ha ha.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i took a couple days off trying to switch my schedule but I can&#8217;t. went into the gym at like two in the morning and didn&#8217;t do much. five reps db press one hundreds cause i saw a girl on my video do it. then ten reps squat with 135 then five at 225. did a half hour of stretching. two seconds of steam room. five hack squat with six plates. tried to do overhead db press with 75&#8217;s but couldn&#8217;t even lift them. i must have blown myself out on the presses with the 100&#8217;s. did leg abduction out and in one set, but realized then that I&#8217;m not cut out for gym work anymore. i think it&#8217;s kyle&#8217;s gym time again.
