Yeah and you know what else Miss Rock? With all due respect I heard Madonna used to work out six hours a day, this fat dude who lost 265 lbs in one year says he did it by working out five hours a day, AND there's a gigantic quote in my gym from Lance Armstrong himself that says "People ask me what I'm on, I'm on by bike SIX HOURS a day, what are you one?" So there you go. Six to seven hours a day is the formula set forth by the experts and I'm gonna follow it so I can be as muscular as big 50, as fast up the hills as Armstrong and as sexy as Madonna.

Yo miss rock. I thought about what you said about only working out four hours a day or else and I did some research like you said and it turns out you're supposed to work out a solid SEVEN hours a day. Just look at this video by a famous trainer for the stars who trains fifty cent to bench sets of 415 lbs like it's nothing. He can bench that much because he works out seven hours a day. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C9l-qboN1mA

thanks girl. I think you're right. i think I may be blowing out my glands or whatever squirts out the healing juices and that is what makes me dead for a few days. i have a friend who was a runner and had a baby and started training really hard right after giving birth and now she has to completely take it easty for like four years because of that. at least that didn't happen to me. i think good muscles come from consistent pumpage and not suddently doing four hours a day. that sudden overtraining only works for low impact sports like biking, not running though or you'll break your joints and tendons. if you want to be suddenly hard core bikeing or swimming is where it's at.

I have been reading your blogs, and Kyle,my dear, you are over trained.Never at any time for any cicumstances should you ever spend four hours at the gym unless you work there. What you are doing is actually causing you to lose muscle and causing you to not feel well. Do some research on this site, don't spend more than 1.5 hrs in the gym only once a day.Rest,research,regroup. Less is more.

Just so you know, working out for 4 hours is counter productive. You begin to release cortisol after 90 mins, which kills test levels and promotes fat storage.
