thanks girl. I think you're right. i think I may be blowing out my glands or whatever squirts out the healing juices and that is what makes me dead for a few days. i have a friend who was a runner and had a baby and started training really hard right after giving birth and now she has to completely take it easty for like four years because of that. at least that didn't happen to me. i think good muscles come from consistent pumpage and not suddently doing four hours a day. that sudden overtraining only works for low impact sports like biking, not running though or you'll break your joints and tendons. if you want to be suddenly hard core bikeing or swimming is where it's at.

I have been reading your blogs, and Kyle,my dear, you are over trained.Never at any time for any cicumstances should you ever spend four hours at the gym unless you work there. What you are doing is actually causing you to lose muscle and causing you to not feel well. Do some research on this site, don't spend more than 1.5 hrs in the gym only once a day.Rest,research,regroup. Less is more.

Just so you know, working out for 4 hours is counter productive. You begin to release cortisol after 90 mins, which kills test levels and promotes fat storage.

Thanks for the comment. I did it after I started the Creatine. It could be from another reason. My mom did some research and found out that Jaundice starts at 2.5 and I was at 2.1 so that sounds strange about your girlfriend. It probably wasn't the creatine, although it affects some other things in blood tests.

hey buddy just thought I'd ask, did you have a blood work up done before you started the creatine and other supps, if not then you shouldn't blame those products for your higher level of bilirubin, first of all there are no normal levels of bilirubin just a variety of suggested levels and it is not a form of fat either, Billiruin is a byproduct of the breakdown of red blood cells a process known as hemolysis it can be caused by a great deal of things such as Gilberts syndrome, rises in hormone levels and liver failure amongst other things. my bilirubin levels are normal according to the figures in your blog but my Girlfriends are higher than yours, she had a complete medical work up done and was told it was nothing to worry about. get yourself to the Docs and ask for an explanation for your higher levels
