Was at the gym for four hours today. I didn’t feel like I did much in the way of lifting but I do feel worked now. I did two half hour stretch sessions, ran 5k and then 2 miles so that’s 5.1 miles. Did 20 minutes of hand bike. Did a set of all the machine leg excersizes, some side crunches, ten hack squats with four plates. drop setted the ab pulldown. I think that’s it. Jeez where did the time go? I didn’t feel so good today. Maybe because it was my second day back after four days off. I only had a couple bowls of cereal to eat before I went in. I have been under eating fruit and so I bought a bunch today. Well $36 of it but it doesn’t look like much in the fridge. Man I need a job.
I should be good for four hours tomorrow. I’ll try to stay away from a second set of stretching and running so I can do more lifting.
