I was at the gym for four hours today but totally lolligagged it and did about as much lifting as a hard core person would do in 45 minutes. I didn’t feel well because I took four days off and didn’t do **** and ate like ****. Today I ran 10 k in two segments not really fast. Did 20 minutes of hand bike and two 30 minute stretching sessions. The lifting I did was ten hack squat with 4 plates. I like the hack squat and want to do a lot until it expires. I’ve been neglecting my legs and am a lot weaker than I was months ago before I took off the first time I think before I got sick. I did one set of 15 leg abduction in and out, 15 leg extension at 190 lbs 15 curl at 175 lbs, drop set stomach pull down, side and middle crunches for the first time 40 x, bench 225 4x then 3x, 205 8x, 185 ?10x, 155 10x, 145 10x, 135 10x. I think that’s all I did. I felt fresh when I left but I can feel now that I did get a workout so that’s good. So I guess I’m back on the bus. I’ve figured out this ftp stuff so I’m free of distractions now.
