Blog Entry

Didn’t feel so good today and figured i’d try to fix things for myself by doing some sets at home and after one I got motivated to go to the gym and was there for three and a half hours. I feel it in my amrs now so that’s cool. I got a bunch of protein powder today at the gnc place and the dudes there told me that hispanic males have the most testosterone out of everybody and I need 2 gramsĀ of protein per pound of body a day if your working out which is way more than I’ve been eating. before it was 160 grams and now it’s going to be 380. hopefully this will make me bigger and stronger. then after I go to boulder I’ll get into biking and running and lose it all! ha ha.

I have been reading your blogs, and Kyle,my dear, you are over trained.Never at any time for any cicumstances should you ever spend four hours at the gym unless you work there. What you are doing is actually causing you to lose muscle and causing you to not feel well. Do some research on this site, don’t spend more than 1.5 hrs in the gym only once a day.Rest,research,regroup. Less is more.

thanks girl. I think you’re right. i think I may be blowing out my glands or whatever squirts out the healing juices and that is what makes me dead for a few days. i have a friend who was a runner and had a baby and started training really hard right after giving birth and now she has to completely take it easty for like four years because of that. at least that didn’t happen to me. i think good muscles come from consistent pumpage and not suddently doing four hours a day. that sudden overtraining only works for low impact sports like biking, not running though or you’ll break your joints and tendons. if you want to be suddenly hard core bikeing or swimming is where it’s at.
