i took a couple days off trying to switch my schedule but I can’t. went into the gym at like two in the morning and didn’t do much. five reps db press one hundreds cause i saw a girl on my video do it. then ten reps squat with 135 then five at 225. did a half hour of stretching. two seconds of steam room. five hack squat with six plates. tried to do overhead db press with 75’s but couldn’t even lift them. i must have blown myself out on the presses with the 100’s. did leg abduction out and in one set, but realized then that I’m not cut out for gym work anymore. i think it’s kyle’s gym time again.
