Did my four hours today. could have done more but four hours is just my limit. That’s tha rules. I was waaay tired today but had my energy back by the time it was gym time. I did a half hour of stretching to start off then did 20 minutes of the hand bike. I was in the upper 70-lower 80s watts on 20 for five minutes then did 15 then 10, and then five. I noticed I do more watts on 10, over 100. Then I did 5k in a half hour. at the beginning of my runs on the treadmill I always feel like I won’t be able to run because of pain in my ankles but then they warm up and I’m able to do the whole 5k. I don’t really enjoy running on the treadmill though because my lungs are so ****ed up I can’t get any oxygenating breaths from all those years of over weed smoking. I sure hope riding long rides under direct sunlight breathing fresh air will once and for all cure my lungs. I miss being able to take deep breaths and feel oxygenated. It’s so ****ed up I can’t even explain it. it’s the number one most ****ed up thing about my life, well the only ****ed up thing about my life. and it’s waaay ****ed up. I also feel like I’m too heavy to run distance but the real reason is that i just can’t breath right. that’s one reason I like huge bike rides because after about three hours my lungs finally open up and I can breath deeply. Anyways….
then I did a bunch of ab stuff. in fact all I had time for today was the ab stuff. my chest was sore and my lats were a little sore too, so it was good I avoided anything there. I’ve been making the mistake lately of working muscles that are sore and throwing a wrench in my recovery and probably ending up harming myself more than benefiting from it. today I was smart though. I still had to work my arms a little on some of the ab excersizes. this is what I did: pull down drop set, 50 leg ups, 60 ball 12 lbs side to sides with the legs off the ground, 20 12 lbs ball hold side middle side incline situps, 30 leg ups, 20 leg ups, top ab machine drop set from the heaviest weight, full ab machine at 120 lbs 10x, 10x at 115 lbs, 20 situps on that situp bar thing. that was when my abs were weeeeaaaak, I could barely even do one, 10x full situp machine at 100 lbs, 10x at 80lbs then 30lbs. I also did another half hour of stretching at one point. I also did this excersize i saw on youtube last night where this stick thin chick puts her legs on the bench and pulls up 32 kilo, 70+ lbs kettle bells, rows them 5x which is waaay strong for her size. here it is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uvlZPId7FdI
I noticed this dude with awesome arms whose in there all the time always talking to and working out with people and realized that he’s probably a trainer who uses that gym as his base. I wonder if the people there know he’s doing that. I also saw this super hot and fit chick in there today. those super hot chicks are awesome to have in the gym because you can stare at them the whole time and they never notice because they’re so concentrated on their workouts.
Tomorrow will be legs day. I didn’t even have to do my legs today because my thighs were still sore from two days ago when i squated 270. it’s funny, all I have to do is one reps and boom I’m sore for three days. talk about bang for your time. I still can’t believe that skinny runner girl put up 270 twice like it was nothing. I think that’s atonomical though. Her back looked perpindicular to the ground, and when I squat my back is like at least 45 degrees. I’m thinking squats are harder for guys because our upper body weight is heavier and makes us have to lean forward. I should ask that goddess athlete girl about that since she invited me to ask her questions.
