went into the gym today and benched 135 25x and curled a little. Benching 135 lbs 25x isn’t good. I did 29x months ago. I got a redline hoping to wake me up but that didn’t work so I gave up and went home. I’ve been eating plenty. I must have some kind of sickness. Oh well…. I’ll just eat healthy and at least show up at the gym every day.

I should ****ing be nominated for the Darwin awards for fasting while I’m working out four hours a day. ****ing retard. I went back to the gym at midnight for another go and felt just as ****ty. I did manage to bench 135 lbs 25x, then side bend 45 lbs 50x, then bench 135 20x, concentration curls 30 lbs 15x, sitting up tricep overhead extension 75 lbs 9x, standing curl 30 lbs 20x before succombing to asthma. I’m really bummed about this asthma. I can NEVER get a deep breath. I need some direct sunlight. I’ll go for a run tomorrow if I can get up before sunset. I don’t think I’ve gotten more than 15 minutes of direct sunlight in one day for months because my sleep schedule is so reversed. God I just wish I could breathe. **** I had to lose my advair prescription. I need to visit the website and see if they will sell me some without a prescription. I’m not going to pay a doctor for another prescription. I’d rather have asthma. I have asthma right now. I ALWAYS have asthma no matter how many times I take my puffers. When I run out of my puffers I don’t know what I’ll do. Maybe there’s a website, or another country I can get to mail them to me. Maybe I’ll have a friend from another country mail me some from there. Maybe I’ll take the asthma pills on a regular basis and see if that helps.

I had another awful day. No energy. I went to the gym and worked out for a little, like did 20 reps benching 135 and then 10 and then went to the car for an hours nap and then went back. I got a nox when I first went in there and when I went back Sarah the desk girl told me to stop buying them because they have too many chemicals. she was the one who told me to buy them in the first place but I didn’t say anything. she told me to get a redline which I did and it brought be back for a bit. I ended up doing 100 reps at 135 in sets of ten including the first 30. did some arm stuff and leg stuff but basically lollygagged. did the hand bike for like three minutes but couldn’t average over 30 watts. I didn’t break a sweat at all. I think maybe I’m out of energy because it takes a couple days to get the carbos back just like it took a couple days to lose them from not eating. I have been drinking a lot of those energy drinks too, and even though it’s sugar free maybe it’s crashing me so I’m done with them to save money also. Also I haven’t been soaking up any sun, so from now on I will run outside and not on the treadmill. it’s easier on my achilles besides. If I get sun, avoid energy drinks, and make sure I get enough food maybe I’ll get my energy back. It’s a pity because the other day I realized that all of my muscle are officially in lifting shape now finally. the day after my good ab workout my abs were fresh, and my legs recover too. all my muscles can recover now without ever getting sore. I need to go look for a job tomorrow. I will go to bed now and get up with the sun from now on even if I don’t get a wink of sleep which I know I won’t, but if I lay there still listening to my mahabarata I’ll at least get 80% rest which will be enough to get me going for the day.

just came back from three hours at the gym and i’m totally shot and it’s not from the lifting. I’m drained from not eating enough for the last three days. I had a bad workout two days ago, couldn’t workout at all yesterday from a stomach ache and not having energy and today I was totally dead. at first i didnt know why but now I know it’s from lack of food for the last few days. I’ve been eating like a sandwich and bowl of cereal and that’s it for the last few days because I haven’t had an appetite, I have been wanting to get rid of my belly, and I’ve just been plain lazy. Now I no not eating is a BAD way to lose weight because then you don’t have the energy to lift weights and LOSE the fat which is the point of working out in the first place. I’m a ****ing idiot. I just had a salad, now I’m gonna pig out on pasta and vegetables. I went to bed hungry that last couple nights but tonight I will eat eat eat eat and eat. You can’t lift bonked. you can run bonked and even ride sort bonked, but never lift weights.
today i did my half hour of stretching then I ran five miles which is the most i’ve run on the treadmill here perhaps to date. i did it because I saw that skinny super hot chick do it in like 50 minutes. I was going to do six but I felt my left achilles start to go out so I stopped. the asthma was bad so I had to stop after two miles and get a couple puffs from the car. i did the whole six miles in three segments. I also did 20 minutes of hand bike but didn’t sweat because i couldn’t push myself enough. i started out benching 225 5x and then 185 9x before I realized I was ****ed. I did a couple sets of all 1the leg machines and three reps of curling 125 lbs because i saw a super big super hot black girl with super big boobs do 7 reps perfectly on youtube and now I know she’s definitely stronger than me. that’s hot. I did another half hour of stretching. I did a set of concentration curls and cable curls. that’s it though. I was shot.
you can’t pump iron on a sparse diet! forget about the scale and eat eat eat and let the excersize burn your fat, not the lack of food. I’m a ****ing dumbass. Hopefully I’ll have energy. at least my bonkedness will help me get to sleep tonight.

I didn’t work out today because I didn’t eat until seven pm when I had an apple and a pear and then got a huge stomach ache and got bloated. I was at the gym and did about 20 minutes of stretching but my stomach was killing me so I got some pepto bysmol and did a set of leg abduction out and in and extensions but my stomach was still hurting me so I went home. I was also sneezing and coughing up those stinky white kernals. I had a stressful day and wasn’t motivated anyway. I’ll do my four hours tomorrow.

I had some motivation issues today because I had some computer problems that I couldn’t keep my mind away from. I did a half hour of stretching and 26 minutes of running in 5k and three sets of ab pulldowns and went home to fix that and went back for a couple more hours or something like that. I had a good ab day but didnt’ have the motivation to do legs. I did one set of leg abduction out and in and leg extensions and that was it. I finished the ab pulldowns and then did 70 leg ups, 60 ball side to sides with the legs off the ground, 20 triple ball situps, one set of ab machine and one set of full ab machine and 30 full situps on the percher. I started out with benching 225 four times. I should have gone for five because the fourth went up easily. Oh well. I ran another mile after and did 20 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of hand bike. I’m back down to 187 from 188 yesterday. I can see blubber on my titties and stomach and don’t like it. I need to diet. I think I’m starting to understand the concept of dieting finally at 35. Tomorrow i’ll do my four hours.

I took the day off yesteday because I had stuff to do today and so I was fresh today and did my four hours easily. I broke down and drank a bottle of wine last night though and ate like five bags of candy and I think it went straight to my gut because I weighed a pound more today than yesterday. I was back up to 189 I think tonight. Oh well. I started stretching a half hour and did another half hour. After all this stretching I still can’t touch my palms flat on the ground with my legs straight! I ran 5x in under 27 minutes on the treadmill today which is good, especially considering my lungs were very asthmatic the whole time. Maybe I should just call it wheezing because I think it’s beyond asthma at this point unfortunately. Like I said I’ll be a monkey’s uncle if I ever smoke dope again.
I started the lifting with the 225 max reps and did five but I went for six and got it on the lower notch so I’m still getting stronger. I won’t be able to do five tomorrow but maybe I’ll do six in a week or two. that would be awesome! after than I did 11 at 185, 15 at 135, 11 incline bench at 135 and 15 decline bench at 135. Then I deadlifted 225 ten times and deep squated 185 five times. I was wondering why I could only squat 185 five times and then realized it was from the deadlifting. Then I deep squated 135 20x and deadlifted 225 10x two more reps. that was the first time I’d deadlifted for months and deep squated too. I want to start doing those a lot from now on. then I did a few drop sets at 20 reps on the arm curl and extension machines from 110 lbs going down in increments of five pounds and then did my second stretching session and then finished the arm stuff. my triceps are stronger so I stopped those at like 60 lbs and finished drop setting the biceps down to 30 pounds with sets of 30. then I did scrugs with 45 lbs plates and then obliques excersizes with 45’s, then 30 reps of oblique bodyweight side ups on the perch machine. I also did 20 shoulder extensions I think it’s called with 10 lbs plates at one point. I finished with 20 minutes of arm bike. I was a little tired and toxic today from all the alcohol and sugar from last night but I had a sugar free nox which kept me from bonking. I feel worked now so that’s good. tomorrow will be four hours of core and legs with a lot of stretching and running and arm bike for sure. I like the arm bike because it makes me sweat which makes me lose this blubber. I hope I don’t have another alcohohol or sugar relapse any time soon. that’s my weakness.

i’m not gonna lift today because i have to get up early tomorrow and work hard all day and I don’t want to be tired. I could lift four hours today and I certainly would like to, but I don’t want to throw a wrench in tomorrow so…..

I did my four hours today. I did legs mainly. I started out with benching 225 though as that’s what I do. I did 5x, but it was easier than the other time I did it. I could feel my chest and shoulders were still tired from three days ago, so I guess my 48 hour theory just doesn’t apply quite yet. my stomach was sore today, two days after the big stomach day, so officially my stomach isn’t quite officially fit. After the benching i did the box squat at 135, then 225, and then two reps at 275 as that cutsey girly did. I used a little higher box this time than before where I used a low stool and it was way easier. I think it was easier too because I got stronger from that one squat which tore all kinds of fibers in my legs for many days. I didn’t do it as easily as she did though. Now I’m inspired to try and squat 300 lbs. I did 5 deep squats with 185 lbs after that and then 10 with 135. then 30 leg presses with six plates, then the leg abduction out and in, leg extension, leg curl, calf raise, leg press with the machine, leg press with the plates leg press with the other machine with the normal weights from 10 to 20 reps. I did a half hour of stretching at the beginning I forgot to say. Then ran 5k in like 28 minutes which is the fastest I’ve done it since I started again. my lungs were bad but not as bad as they’ve been. I weigh only 188 now, so I’ve dropped three pounds this week which is very exciting. I’m really looking forward to having a six pack again. I did some curls with 30 lbs dumbells 20 reps standing and concentration and 10 curls with 75 lbs barbell and some curling and extension for the arms on those machines. 50 oblique raises with a 45lbs plate. that’s all i remember now anyways. I stayed pretty busy. Listened to music today. My shoulders are sooore and i barely worked them, so they must be recovering still from three days ago. I think I’ll be good to go tomorrow for four hours. it will be interesting what muscles I’ll be able to do though… Oh yeah i did 20 minutes with the hand bike too.

I went to the volleyball game and wondered into the gym there and did one set of leg extensions, leg curls, leg abduction out and in, leg presses and concentration curls at the normal weight at like 15-20 reps. I felt kind of tired. my chest was still sore and my abs were sore. I could feel the tiredness in my shoulders when I was doing the arm curls. my heart was pounding which is a good sign that I’m a little overcooked. I stopped and went back to the game but by then it was already over. oh well. I think I’ll be good for four hours tomorrow. I did maybe like 20 minutes today. I can’t remember.
