Thursday, April 2nd, 2009whoops my habit of writting my bodyblog went away. I didn’t really work out today because i ate too much candy and didn’t have any energy. That’s fine though because it means I’ll be totally fresh tomorrow for some good lifting.
I did 20 leg presses with 8 plates on the low angle one. i didn’t know until today that there were different angles. then I did leg press machine from 210 deep until like 130 drop setting 5 lbs less each time until my lower back hurt. not hurt like injury hurt but hurt like overtraining hurt because my core has been sore for the last couple days from new excersizes and stuff.
