I felt worse today than yesterday so I decided to go ahead and go to the clinic and they took a whole lot of blood out of me and gave me some new asthma medication that i’ve never had before and some antibiotics.  he said to take it easy so i guess i’ll hang up the excersizing for now. i’ll keep my bodyblog though to chronicle my sick feelings. that should be fun.

I went into the gym today and barely benched 185 and then felt like hell so I went home. I lost like five pounds of muscle so far this week. If I stay sick I’ll be back at 160 within a month or two. I’m starting to feel like I have a virus but I don’t have health insurance so I don’t know what I’ll do. I don’t even have enough energy to talk to my camera. I think I’ll just sleep it off and forget about being an athlete for now. I’ll keep the blog though so I can be a wanna be athlete. That’s the next best thing. I’ll do a thorough detox I think and get some massages. that will feel good and be healthy.

still sick. I’m sick all the time. I feel like I’m up over 100 degrees more than im under 100 degrees. I should find a site where I keep a sick journal. I could be like, "here I am with a fever again, this time it lasted two weeks". ****ing bullshit. whatever.   I guess that’s life. influenza. I wonder what I did to have the flu all the time. I had it like a month ago and a month before that.

I feel sick today. I ran three miles in a half hour at least. I also went to the gym and did like 12 jerks with 135 when I realized I should probably just go home and go to sleep. I really need to start taking better care of my body if I want to hit some of these bench marks.

I’ve been toxic and devoid of energy for the last few days for a reason that I shouldn’t disclose. I did manage to go to the gym last night and did some benching. Tonight I did some benching and whatever I can’t remember. I didn’t really do all that much. Last night I talked to the desk girl for like a half hour. she’s a photograher.

Tonight I saw this one totally ripped hard core girl doing the chuck norris and kicking ass too. Then she did 15 overhead squats and so I had to ask her how and she showed me and explained that you keep your feet together and hold the bar way behind with the back angled way down. She apologized for talking too much twice though which was weird because I was the one who approched her.  I think I’m going to talk to her again because of that.

 I think my energy will be back tomorrow.

I got my massage today and then deadlifted. I wanted to know what I can do because I saw this hot little girl do 375 on youtube and wanted to know if I can do it. I ended up going up to 385 which suprised me because I could have sworn that I tried it a couple months ago and could only hold on to 285. I guess my hands got that much stronger. I still can’t hold on to the pullup bar for more than 23 pullups though. That’s because my bar swivels. Then I did 30 jerks with 135 lbs for time to practice for grace and was beat. I thought maybe from the massage and deadlifting. I did more yardwork and then did angie. I did like 45 min of stretching today too. I think I did ok for today overall.

I signed up for a massage a month. I think it’s worth it. Jessica is really good and I think it’s good for me. I’ll just time them for when I really feel burnt out.

Whoops looks like I’ve forgotten to write in my workout journal for a while. I decided to not do any lifting today because I haven’t felt fresh in forever. I will go into the gym anyway and see how far I can run though.

I recently got into crossfit and I LOVE it. I want to do all of the excersizes but they exhaust me. I feel like I haven’t really been working out until now. The crossfit people are STRONG too! The girls are stronger than me. I tied the girls I saw on youtube with grace with 95 lbs at 3:10 and I tie Erin Canciolo on the squat thrust with 65lbs. I haven’t been fresh enough to do most of the excersizes. I did the chuck norris but I wasn’t fresh.

 I called in for another massage by Jessica at Massage Envy. It’s 65$ but that other massage she gave me was so amazing I have to get at least one more. Especially now that I’m at a stage where my muscles aren’t really flushing out all the lactic acid in there. I’m extremily excited about the next six months of lifting though because of all these new crossfit excersizes I want to do. I want to see how close to that Hawaian teenage girl in the chuck norris. She does it in 20 minutes and I did it in like 32 with the same weight I think.

I did 30 front squats last night and my wrists really hurt. I need to figure out how to do that right. I think I will do 30 jerks with 135 and then try the grace. I’m curious how close to that one girl I can get. Her time is 4:30 in man grace, which is 30 clean and jerks with 135.

 I need to put more photos of myself on here now that I have some from some flexing video I’ve done. I should take photos with the camera too.
