I’m back working out at the gym again and at home. Kind of slowed down for a little bit. I did 1,500 situps the other day and the next day I had vision problems. My mom said it was from the situps. I had these snakes running accross my eyes blocking my vision like what you get when you stare at a light for too long. My belly is still there but I’d rather have that and not energy issues than lose it and have energy problems. I’m sure it will completely go away for the kayak trip. That would be cool. I finally pretty much finished with the second video prs on my site and can start doing whatever excersize I want from now on. I will be easy to break all my records.
One kid who has been harrassing me on youtube said he’d actually challenge me so we’ll see. I should take the time to look around youtube and see what other people are doing. I haven’t done that in a while. There are a couple girls who still have prs in bodyweight that are better than mine. Like one girl who did 19 full extension pullups. I wonder if I could do that if I was fresh. I’m gaining weight and that is the problem. It kind of negates the strength I also gain. But I don’t know until I try. I also still need to beat Gina Lorenze in her 76 situps in one minute. This new 15 year old girl from Norway did 1,000 crunches in like 18:30. So we’ll see if I can do that. I don’t think so though. I have too much upper body weight. I’m at like 185 on an empty smomach now at probably 14% cold although I should probably do another fat percentage check. No I don’t want to bother them yet.
I’m looking forward to lifting tomorrow. Both at home and at the gym.
